Meet Elsa Nuñez

Elsa M. Nuñez was raised in Chicago, where her passion for serving others began as a teenager teaching Sunday School. During her professional career, she was blessed with the ability to lead strong, unified teams across multiple countries and generations. She is known for leading with clarity, empathy, and purpose. 

Her leadership is deeply rooted in faith. She can connect people from diverse backgrounds.  She is deeply passionate about encouraging others to step into their God-given potential, helping them develop, thrive, and walk boldly in their purpose. 

She and Heri have been married for over 40 years. Together, they have raised two sons, Josh and Mike, and have been blessed through Josh and his wife Jeany with two grandchildren, Jeremy and Juliette. 

Elsa finds joy in the simple moments of life—daily walks with Heri, time at the beach, and the beauty of God’s creation. Together, they delight in traveling the world and learning from different cultures. Above all, Elsa treasures the moments spent gathered around the table, sharing a meal and laughter with family and friends.
